We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return requests can be initiated by contacting our customer support at [support email/number.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. If the item is found damaged or used, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Certain items such as personal hygiene products (toothbrushes, etc.), perishable goods, or customized products are not eligible for return due to health and safety concerns.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

We offer exchanges for defective or wrong items shipped. For size or color exchanges, please initiate within 7 days of receiving the product.

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and you will need to follow the return process.
